Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the developerOS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using developerOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Description of Service

developerOS provides a unified operating platform for real estate developers, including project execution tracking, document management, financial oversight, governance workflows, and portfolio analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. developerOS is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use developerOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to:

• Transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its connected infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the developerOS platform—including software, design, text, and graphics—are owned by developerOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform.

Data and Privacy

Your use of developerOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, developerOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to developerOS at our discretion if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use of developerOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
