What's included in the 30-day trial?

Full access to the plan you sign up for — every module, every user seat, and every feature on that tier. No "trial mode" restrictions. You're using the real product.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The trial is genuinely free for 30 days — no card on file, no automatic conversion. We'll ask for billing details if you choose to continue at the end of the trial.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual subscribers get a prorated credit when upgrading mid-cycle. Monthly plans take effect on your next billing date.

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll receive a reminder a few days before the trial expires. If you don't subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only — your data stays intact for 60 days so you can still export reports or upgrade later without starting over.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

None for self-serve plans (Essentials, Growth, Scale). Custom Deployment includes onboarding scoped to your requirements — pricing is part of the negotiated contract.

How does support work?

Support scales with your plan: community for Essentials, standard email + chat for Growth, priority response times for Scale, and a dedicated success manager for Custom. Every plan includes our documentation, video walkthroughs, and product changelog.
