Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Visit Schedule a Demo to get started. Our team will set up your organization's workspace and provide onboarding guidance tailored to your portfolio size and structure.

What browsers are supported?

developerOS works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

How do I invite team members?

Navigate to your organization settings and select "Team Management." From there, you can invite members by email and assign roles with specific permissions.

Is there a mobile app?

developerOS is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile application is on our roadmap for a future release.

Account & Billing

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

How does billing work?

developerOS uses a subscription model billed monthly or annually. Visit the Pricing page for details on plans and features included at each tier.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. You may request a data export within 30 days of cancellation.

What modules are available?

developerOS includes six core modules: Execution, Documentation, Finance, Governance, Portfolio Analytics, and Accountability. Each module connects to a unified data model.

Can I integrate with other tools?

Yes. developerOS supports integrations with popular accounting software, project management tools, and document storage providers. Contact our team for specific integration requests.

How is my data protected?

We use enterprise-grade encryption, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Do you offer custom deployments?
